On April 26, 2026, just one week after celebrating the one-year anniversary of
Together with our nonprofit initiative, Grace in Action, we sponsored a food outreach event for the residents of Tilden Hall Residence — a shelter located in the same neighborhood many of us grew up in.
What started as a simple idea turned into something much bigger.
We provided all food, drinks, utensils, and supplies for the event and were able to help feed approximately 400 residents. More importantly, we were able to spend time with people directly — serving meals, having conversations, and simply showing support for members of our community who are often overlooked.
The experience reminded us that success means much more when you use it to help others.
We also prepared meals for the mental health shelter located across the street. While we weren’t permitted to personally serve residents inside that facility, the staff accepted the meals on behalf of the residents so everyone could still be included in the day’s outreach.

For everyone involved, it was a powerful and humbling experience. Being able to personally interact with residents, hear stories, and share positive energy with the community was something we’ll never forget.
At High Dankery, we’ve always wanted to stand for more than just business. Through Grace in Action, we plan to continue organizing outreach events like this at least every other month as long as we’re blessed and able to do so.
This is only the beginning.
We want to thank everybody who volunteered, donated time, and supported the mission. Small acts of kindness can make a real difference, and we’re committed to continuing this journey together.
All the volunteers that participated in making this happen.
